Description:Casa à Praça Cônego Cardoso N°. 84 – 90 (House at 84-90, Cônego Cardoso Square) is located in Conêgo Cardoso Square, in the city of Resende Costa. Its authorship is unknown and it dates back from the 18th century. It consists of a one-storey house with a large main door and two windows. It in colonial style and belonged to Inconfidente (a member of the revolution called Inconfidência Mineira) Resende Costa.
Situation:This House belongs to José Manuel de Assis and is currently used as a residence. The building was restored by SPHAN and, according to the data from a fieldwork done in 2003, it is in a good state of conservation.
Inventory information:This building was listed on May 23, 1950, process 417-T-49, registration number 275, in the Historical Book, vol.1, p. 47.
